At Joyro, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping:
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Custom or personalized orders may take additional time for processing.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer two domestic shipping options:
2.1 Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 4–5 business days
- Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination.
2.2 Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
- Charges: Higher than standard shipping and calculated at checkout
- Best for urgent deliveries
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on:
- Delivery location (local or international)
- Product dimensions and volumetric weight
- Selected shipping method (standard or express)
Returns/Exchanges:
- If due to defects, incorrect products, or damage in transit, Joyro will bear the return shipping cost (as per our Return & Replacement Policy).
- For returns due to change of mind, a standard return shipping fee of ₹200–₹500 will be deducted from your refund, depending on the product and location.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Remote/Restricted Areas: May face delays or extra charges.
- P.O. Boxes: We recommend using a physical address to avoid failed deliveries, as some couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- You can track the shipment directly via the courier’s website using this link.
6. Delivery Delays
We aim for timely delivery, but some factors may cause unavoidable delays:
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Courier disruptions (strikes, route issues)
- Incorrect shipping details
- Inaccessibility of recipient
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue swiftly.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
- Found something missing or damaged in your order?
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.
8. Delivery Confirmation
- The courier may require signature or photo proof of delivery.
- Once delivered, the ownership and risk of the product is transferred to the customer.
9. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. Joyro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Customer not available during delivery
- Failure to coordinate with courier
- Sharing the cancellation code accidentally
- Change in delivery address/contact after dispatch
If a shipment is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply. Minimum reshipping fee is ₹200, varying by product size and delivery location.
